The ideal candidate for this role will be a motivated and experienced hybrid Project Manager/Business Analyst with a strong background in the Investment Banking industry. As a part of our dynamic team at G MASS, you will have the opportunity to work closely with an Investment Bank in central London.
This is an exciting 6-12 month contract position, with the potential to become permanent. The PM/BA will be responsible for the implementation of a new system, working directly with the new vendor.
Responsibilities include
- Collaborating with the vendor to handle technical aspects of the System, such as maintaining the topic taxonomy mapping to SMEs, onboarding and offboarding users, offering initial training support, providing configuration support for user dashboards and management information, and coordinating with the System Provider for system upgrades, releases, or issues.
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for generating regular management information that will be available for internal governance forums. In addition, you will be in communication with colleagues from various departments in regards to wider Regulatory Change oversight.
- You will also be required to perform quality assurance of the impact assessments and wider regulatory change process to ensure that the respective Functions are operating in accordance with the central framework and guidelines.

Excellent organisation and project management skills with vendor/outsourcing management experience

Strong oral and written communications skills

Experience in drafting of operating policies and similar supporting documentation

Experience of designing clear and actionable management information. Power BI experience desired

Understanding of Investment Banking or Global Markets business

Experience of managing and administering Software as a Service (SaaS) systems, ideally in the regulatory horizon / change tracking space

Ability to influence senior managers and other stakeholders
