Job Title: Drama Teacher
Location: Sheffield, United Kingdom
Salary: £100-£220 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:15-15:30

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Drama Teacher at Veritas Education working in Secondary Schools across Sheffield.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging drama lessons to students across various age groups and abilities.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel encouraged to explore their creativity and express themselves.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Assess student progress through a variety of methods, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the drama department and school community.
- Participate in extracurricular activities such as school productions, drama clubs, and workshops.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification is preferred but not essential.
- Specialization or experience in drama education, with a strong understanding of acting techniques, theatre history, and dramatic literature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
- Adaptability and creativity to tailor lessons to meet the needs of individual learners.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
- Previous experience working in a school or educational setting is desirable but not essential.
