Administrator Newark, Part Time 27.5 hours, Permanent £22,011k - £23,500k Pro-Rata
Our global client, based in Newark, Nottinghamshire are seeking an Administrator to join their Finance Team.
THE ROLE
The Administrator will work as part of the Finance Team and will be responsible for the final steps in the process of the creation and distribution of Oracle Purchase Orders to suppliers, other responsibilities include:
- Master data processing ensuring all information is recorded accurately
- Daily purchase order processing and maintenance
- Be the central point of contact for all purchase order queries and enquiries
- Oracle EBS employee creation and support on PO training for new users
- Issue monthly standard reports and work with systems team to automate
- Support on other ad hoc duties and occasional projects requested by systems team
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal Administrator will have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate the following:
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to organise your workload well and prioritise
- Ability to develop business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Good computer literacy skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Oracle EBS
- Master data management
- Experience in Procurement
- Interest in System improvements
