Your role as an Accounts Senior Manager:
The role of a Senior Manager in Business Services is essential for the company's success, you will be responsible for:
- Manage statutory accounting practices and relationships with our clients.
- Help keep the business operations going smoothly and maintain a trusted business reputation with our clients.
- Take a key role in monitoring your team and the rest of the department.
- Have an active role in overall development across the department.
- Be the centre point and skilled manager for a clients file and keep work up to date and complete for the clients.
- Plan work of various client profiles, making sure all the work is distributed among all teams of managers, supervisors, seniors and trainees.
What you'll need to succeed as an Advanced Senior Manager
- You must be ACCA or ACA-qualified.
- You must have at least three years of direct people management experience.
- Strong communication skills, able to communicate value to clients and help with account queries.
- Need to understand personal tax and corporate.
- Experience of providing detailed feedback of different levels within your team, improving the level and quality of work that has been completed.
