Client Services Advisor – Worcester Park - Saturday & Sunday, plus bonus.

As the first point of contact for Trinity Homecare and its associated brands and service lines, you will play a crucial role in advancing customer enquiries through to the start of care. Reporting to the Group Head of Sales, you will use a consultative approach with strong objection handling and strategic follow-up skills.

You will be part of a dedicated team delivering excellence for clients and ensuring seamless collaboration with operations teams. Your enthusiasm, passion, and pride in working for Trinity Homecare Group will be integral to your success.

What will the role involve as a Client Services Advisor?

  • Act as the first point of contact for all potential clients, driving new client registrations and meeting monthly sales targets.
  • Provide clients with excellent brand and product knowledge, ensuring the products sold match their needs.
  • Maximise up-sell and cross-sell opportunities across our service range and sister agencies.
  • Achieve high levels of client service at all stages of the process to encourage repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed personal objectives, including revenue, conversion, and productivity targets.
  • Demonstrate total commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Capture source information for every inbound lead to enable performance tracking.

Who are we looking for? We're seeking individuals who will have a variety of the below;

Technical Skills/Experience: Industry sales experience with a national care provider, preferably regulated. Alternatively, experience in consultative selling in sectors such as banking or insurance.

Soft Skills: Empathy, confidence, and articulation. Ability to be a trusted adviser and influencer.

Behaviours: Self-motivated, proud to work in healthcare, and a proactive approach to challenges.
