Day-to-day of the role for the Customer Support Representative:

  • Addressing customer needs through verbal and written communication.
  • Fully understanding customer inquiries and responding appropriately.
  • Providing comprehensive responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining a responsive and courteous approach with all customers.
  • Handling dissatisfied customers to resolve issues and retain their business.

Required skills and qualifications for the Customer Support Representative:

  • Proficient in typing responses and handling customer interactions over the phone.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Basic computer and IT skills, with efficient typing ability.
  • GCSE or equivalent in English.
  • Previous experience in customer service is essential.
