- Fully understanding customer inquiries and responding appropriately.
- Providing comprehensive responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining a responsive and courteous approach with all customers.
- Handling dissatisfied customers to resolve issues and retain their business.
Required skills and qualifications for the Customer Support Representative:
- Proficient in typing responses and handling customer interactions over the phone.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer and IT skills, with efficient typing ability.
- GCSE or equivalent in English.
- Previous experience in customer service is essential.
