As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Organising the daily cover rota for absent staff.
- Contacting teaching supply agencies to arrange supply staff.
- Covering lessons as needed.
- Assisting in the classroom during periods where cover is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth operation of daily cover arrangements.
- Maintain high standards of classroom management and student engagement.
- Support teaching staff by assisting in lessons and providing additional help where needed.
Candidate Requirements:
- Extremely well-organised with the ability to prioritise workload and meet strict deadlines.
- Capable of working on your own initiative and as part of a team.
- A role model to others, demonstrating good communication and listening skills.
- Maintain respect and confidentiality at all times.
