Tradewind are looking for experienced and committed individuals to join our team as an SEN Teaching Assistant. Supporting SEN pupils in mainstream primary schools. We have part time, full time and ad hoc roles, for September 2024 start.
We are currently recruiting in the following areas:
Barking & Dagenham (including Chadwell Heath, Ilford, Barking, Dagenham Heathway, Becontree, Dagenham East and more)
Havering (including Romford, Hornchurch, Rainham and more)
Outline of the role:
- Help to provide support for the class teacher
- Ensuring children are engaged
- Helping with behaviour management
- Building and maintaining relationships with pupils
- Setting up for the day ahead

- Ability to manage behaviour of pupils
- Reliable and committed

- Caring, patient and understanding
Experience preferred but not desired.
