Job Duties:
- Develop and manage the financial planning and analysis processes
- Prepare financial forecasts and budgets
- Analyse financial performance and provide insights to support decision-making
- Monitor key financial metrics and variances
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals are met
- Conduct financial modelling and scenario analysis
- Present financial reports to senior management
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and Excel
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial planning and analysis
Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certification such as ACA, CIMA or ACCA
- Master's degree in Finance or related field
