  • Work closely with marketing and agency teams
  • Understand consumer behaviours and market trends
  • Forge strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Present category insights and recommendations
  • Support the development of joint business plans
  • Identify new opportunities for category growth

Profile

A successful Category Development Executive should have:

  • A strong understanding of the FMCG industry
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in presentation and communication
  • Proficiency across one or most of the data sources including Kantar, Circana, Nielsens etc.
  • Stakeholder management and relationship building
  • Knowledge of category management tools and methodologies
  • A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
