Profile
A successful Category Development Executive should have:
- A strong understanding of the FMCG industry
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Proficiency in presentation and communication
- Proficiency across one or most of the data sources including Kantar, Circana, Nielsens etc.
- Stakeholder management and relationship building
- Knowledge of category management tools and methodologies
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
