Remedy Education are looking for a motivated and nurturing Complex Needs Support Assistant to join one of our top SEN schools in South East London. As a Complex Needs Support Assistant, You will be delivering the best 1-1 support to students aged 4+ in the SEN department of a mainstream Primary School. Students have difficulty communicating and are non-verbal, therefore alternative communication is used. The learning development is at sensory stage and personal care is required.

- Rate: £95-£110 ( Depending on experience )

Requirement:
- Ability to work in a challenging environment
- Candidates must have a valid DBS certificate on the update service (Not mandatory as we can provide one)
- Some knowledge of strategies in working with young people with challenging behaviours
- Basic knowledge of SEND and learning barriers.
