What You'll Do:
- Provide high-quality support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Resolve a wide range of IT issues while maintaining top client satisfaction
- Get involved in exciting projects and assist with client onboarding
What You'll Bring:
- 2-5 years of experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or similar
- Expertise in Windows (Active Directory), server management (Hyper-V, VMware), VDI (Citrix, RDS), networking (switches, firewalls), and backups (Veeam)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work overtime when necessary
