What you'll do
- Technical Proficiency:?Possess a strong technical foundation to perform hands-on data analysis and manipulation, including data cleaning,?transformation,?and modelling. Ability to create strong stories with data and present to non-technical audiences through Powerpoint or Tableau.
- Data Expertise:?Demonstrate a keen ability to quickly grasp complex data sets,?identify patterns,?and extract meaningful insights to inform decision-making.
- Team Leadership:?Effectively lead and mentor a team of delivery analysts,?providing guidance,?coaching,?and development opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management:?Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements,?manage expectations,?and ensure alignment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:?Collaborate effectively with other teams,?such as data engineering,?to secure necessary resources and support for project delivery.
- Financial Management and Project Delivery accountability:? Take ownership of project delivery,?ensuring projects are completed on time,?within budget,?and to the required quality standards. The delivery of the projects may be at both sole contributor or team lead capacity.
- Problem-Solving:?Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to overcome challenges,?identify alternative solutions, and drive project success.

We also work closely with colleagues from across the business to help them innovate and deliver the unbeatable service our customers love.
Your office space
Osterley
Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
On campus, you'll find 13 subsidised restaurants, cafes, and a Waitrose. You can keep in shape at our subsidised gym, catch the latest shows and movies at our cinema, get your car washed, and even get pampered at our beauty salon.
