The firm:
Global leading distributor of chemicals, specialty consumables, pharmaceuticals & food ingredients.
The role:
- Maintaining balance sheet accounts and producing balance sheet reconciliations
- Posting margin adjustments and related journals
- Carrying out regular SOX compliance tests
- Performing monthly product costing runs and costing individual products as required
- Analysing and reporting on non-COGS selling costs, producing month-end summary and commentary on main cost drivers and identifying areas to improve accuracy and efficiency
The ideal candidate:
- AAT qualified, ACCA/CIMA part qualified or qualified by experience.
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of SAP be advantageous
- Advanced excel is essential
Contract length: 15 months
