My client is a global, highly reputable company delivering security systems for high end clients. They work on a diverse range of projects and are considered market leaders in their field. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team.

The Project Manager Role:
- The ability to Manage Builders, Carpenters, Electricians, Architects and Subcontractors.
- You will be responsible for looking at new business opportunities and ensuring my client is available to receive new project opportunities.
- Responsible for cost, time, performance and quality of the project.
- Create and maintain internal and external project schedules.
- Provide progress / status report on a regular basis to the Operations Manager.
- Manage project decisions / escalations to Operations Manager.
- Collating feedback on equipment used in monthly meetings with the Engineering and Design teams.
- Kick-off meeting with all team members at project commencement.
- Regular project meetings / conference calls with the Lead Engineers and the Operations
- department.
- Twice monthly predictor/resource meetings with the Operations Manager along and Lead Engineer.
- Coordinate procurement of equipment with the Purchasing Manager and Operations Assistant.
Project Manager Essential Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Project Management tools such as MS Project, Microsoft Office Suite (365 and Excel).
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale residential/marine projects.
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience in Project Management.
- Experienced in single / multi-dwelling AV and Automation projects.
- Previous exposure to business efficiency and profitability.
- In depth experience of audio visual, mechanical / electrical services, their integration, regulations, protocols and related technical languages including lighting, HVAC, BMS and control systems.
- A good articulacy of the English language (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work on one's own initiative in an efficient manner.
- Experienced in managing relationships and interfaces with Contractors.
- Experienced in mentoring Assistant PMs.
