Client Project Coordinator – Interim – Central London – Hybrid Working – £230 Per day Umbrella – 6 Month Contract

Reed Talent Professionals are partnering with a Global Asset Servicing Provider, based in Central London, in the search for an Interim Client Project Coordinator. They are based in the financial district in Liverpool Street and offer hybrid working.

The ideal candidate will have onboarding and custody experience.

A global asset servicing provider based in London are looking for a Client Project Coordinator to join their friendly team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall coordination of client projects, ensuring smooth execution by mobilising internal teams and working closely with clients. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple projects, maintain strong client relationships, and deliver results within quality, cost, and time constraints.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Form and lead dedicated project teams, organising inter-departmental meetings to confirm the feasibility of client requests.
  • Adjust project teams as needed and ensure the statement of requirements matches the initial client request.
  • Prepare project descriptions with costing, submit to the Project Arbitration Committee, and obtain client validation at major milestones.
  • Coordinate project reporting internally and with clients, using predefined formats.
  • Organise and schedule project-related activities, implementing appropriate governance.
  • Supervise project acceptance and monitor schedules, ensuring compliance with deadlines and reporting any delays.
  • Manage risks by ensuring the production result matches the initial request and taking corrective measures when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish, implementing all necessary resources for success.
  • Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to adapt discourse to interlocutors and their requests.
  • Proficiency in producing reports, identifying, collecting, and configuring data to design reliable reports within deadlines.
  • Risk management skills within the relevant field of activity, performing analyses to assess operations/services presenting a risk.
  • Knowledge of MIFID II, including product and marketing processes, customer support, and company environment.
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral, and proficient in office automation and project management tools.
  • A commitment to client-oriented behaviours and compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal directives.
