My client are seeking a Part Time Administration Assistant to help in their busy office.
You main duties will cover:
- Answering phones
- Filing
- Photocopying
- Helping to book in jobs
- Arranging engineers diaries
The hours of work for this role would be 9 - 3 Monday to Friday although they could be flexible to be able to work less days and more hours per day if you prefer that.
You must be able to drive as the location for this company will not be serviced by public transport.
