Are you passionate about technology and training? Do you have a knack for delivering top-tier software education? My client is looking for a Software Trainer to join their dynamic Business Systems team!
What You'll Do:
- Develop and deliver engaging training programs on Insurance Applications, Microsoft Office (incl. Teams/O365), and bespoke systems.
- Plan and facilitate classroom and virtual training sessions.
- Create eLearning materials using tools like Adobe Captivate, WalkMe, and WhatFix.
- Offer first-line user support and maintain accurate training records.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in software training (virtual and in-person).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Insurance software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt, multitask, and meet deadlines.
