Sales Administrator (p/time - 17 hrs per week)
£13,260 salary (£27k p/rata)
Based - Chiswick, West London W4
Hybrid / Work from Home option available
Mon - Wed 9am - 12pm
1 x Thurs 9am - 5pm
Sage 50 experience preferred
Role:
Part time Sales admin person sought for expanding company in W4 supplying innovative equipment to the catering and hotel sector. You would assist with general accounts & some sales admin activities.
Duties:
Deal with client queries
Inputting orders on Sage 50, Raise P/O`s
Customer Service
Liaise with Warehouse
Invoicing and booking couriers
Answering telephone enquiries and preparing quotes.
Skills:
Sage 50 experience
IT literate - Word and Excel
Good communications (wrirtten & spoken)
Happy to work on your own initiative as the position can be office or home based.
