Are you a seasoned Rental Administrator with experience in the Build to Rent or similar property sector?

What You'll Do:
- Manage rental income across our stunning portfolio of Kensington and Chelsea.
- Handle residential and commercial leases, invoicing, and credit control.
- Liaise with managing agents and provide essential support across the finance team.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in leasing administration, particularly within property leasing or the Build to Rent sector.
- Strong financial acumen and familiarity with property management systems.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
