Our mission is to provide high-quality, secure, and contemporary living spaces for students, fostering an environment that supports both academic success and personal growth.

As a handyman you are responsible for keeping our properties maintained and fixing any faults that are needed. This can include putting in new carpets in guest rooms, repairing holes in walls, changing settings on cooling and heating equipment, putting new light bulbs in outdoor lamps and performing general cleaning tasks inside and outside the buildings. Other duties and responsibilities include repainting walls, fixing broken furniture, fixing minor electrical issues and making faucets stop leaking. Plumbing skills are an essential requirement. • Repair and replace fixtures, fittings, and equipment as needed to maintain the overall functionality of the buildings.
  • Assist with plumbing repairs, such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and repairing or replacing faucets and toilets.
  • Conduct regular inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and ensure proper functioning.
  • Support maintenance activities related to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, including filter replacements and basic troubleshooting.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and building codes in all maintenance activities.
  • Report any safety hazards or maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Manager promptly.
  • Assist with larger maintenance projects, renovations, and upgrades under the direction of the Maintenance Manager or other supervisors.

  • Have a fun, energetic and "can do" attitude
  • Are creative and able to use your own initiative
  • Are interested in further developing your career and experience within the company

Please note we are looking for either someone full time and you must legally be able to work in the UK.

We look forward to hearing from you.
