An opportunity has arisen within the People Team for a Learning Design Manager based in Stratford.

The Role

Do you have a passion for digital learning? Are you looking to make your impact on people's development and growth?

Acting as the primary digital learning champion within Greater Anglia you'll lead on the curation and creation of engaging, accessible, and user-friendly digital and multimedia content, integrating innovative technologies to support effective learning, and managing Greater Anglia's digital learning system, Fuse Learn.

As our Learning Design Manager, you will:

  • Design effective digital and multimedia learning content that comply with internal training need agreements, business safety competence management requirements, internal audits.
  • Conduct learning needs analysis with stakeholders and recommend digital learning solutions.
  • Collaborate with Fuse Universal Customer Success Manager/s to embed GA's online strategy across the business and to continuously innovate Fuse Learn.
  • Market the digital learning offering
  • Manage and maintain Greater Anglia's digital learning system Fuse

This role is for you if you have experience of working in the digital learning environment or have relevant transferable skills and are keen to make a difference. We are looking for someone who:

  • Understands how digital contributes to a blended learning approach
  • Skilled at curating and creating engaging digital and multimedia content
  • Experienced at managing and promoting a LMS platform
  • Pro-active, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously
  • Collaborative team player
  • Solutions not problems focused

Other responsibilities for this role involve delivering bespoke training solutions as directed by the Organisation Development Manager and supporting wider GA programs.

You should understand the importance of training and development programs in driving the return on investment (ROI) and achieving business objectives. You should be self-motivated, professional, and possess effective curation skills. It is important for the candidate to have credibility and professionalism to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation.
