Job Title: Senior Audit Manager - Hybrid - London - £110K + Bonus + Equity

Job Duties:
- Develop and implement audit strategies and plans
- Manage and lead audit engagements
- Review and assess internal controls and risk management processes whilst implementing new ones.
- Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to senior management
- Provide recommendations for improvements in processes and controls
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Professional qualification in accounting or auditing
- Proven experience in audit management within the banking and finance sector
- Strong knowledge of audit methodologies and best practises
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge and Skills:
- Thorough understanding of financial services industry regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Ideally Big 4, Top 10 Practice background
