This role is an office-based role working from their luxury new offices in Doncaster providing a variety of tasks including
- Carry out advised sales audits and file checks, delivering prompt and clear feedback to the team & highlight any training requirements.
- Work with Managers and Team Leaders to ensure that standards are maintained throughout the processes.
- Support the staff with how to handle customer complaints & the process for escalation to the 2nd Line Compliance Team.
- Responsible for the supervision of the new to role Advisors & continue to offer support once CAS has been achieved.
- Support the Head of Operations with delivering staff training
- Act as a point of contact and provide compliance advice.
What do we need from you?
- CeMAP qualified with a minimum 2 years experience working within mortgages
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Display excellent attention to detail, able to work under pressure
- Deliver effective quality assurance checks
- To maintain a thorough working knowledge of mortgage & protection products & keep up to date with the FCA regulations.
