Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to support our project management team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth execution of our project over the next four months, with the possibility of a permanent position based on performance and project needs.

Description

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist Project leaders in planning and executing project tasks
  • Maintain documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports
  • Coordinate project activities and ensure all tasks are completed on time
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Communicate with colleagues and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback
  • Organise and participate in meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes
  • Support budgeting and resource allocation efforts
  • Ensure compliance with company policies

Profile

Successful candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience as a Administrator or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams)
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
