We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Solicitor/Legal Executive (FCILEx) to join our dedicated Family team.
Our Family department deals with a diverse range of privately funded family matters including divorce, civil partnership disputes, residence and contact disputes involving children, prenuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, complex high net worth settlements and international family law issues.
Candidates must have experience, knowledge and a demonstrable background of conducting private divorce and financial remedy matters in addition to undertaking advocacy.
Applicants should ideally have a minimum of 7 years' PQE and must be able to demonstrate sound technical knowledge together with exceptional client care, strong advocacy and excellent communication skills. Previous experience of business development would also be advantageous.
Our Family team is recommended in the Legal 500 and the successful candidate will manage a diverse and rewarding caseload in addition to contributing to wider business objectives including business development.
