About the Role
As a Data Analyst within this manufacturing company, you will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Product, and Operations, to provide analytical support, and influence key production and spend decisions.
What You'll Do
- Data Analysis & Visualization
: Draw down data from company systems and analyse within MS Excel to create visualisations that you are then able to translate and communicate to colleagues and leadership.
- Business Insights
: Identify trends, track performance metrics, and provide actionable recommendations to optimise production processes.
- Data Quality & Maintenance
: Ensure data integrity by monitoring and validating data and proactively identifying inconsistencies and anomalies.
What We're Looking For
- Analytical Skills
: A knack for diving deep into data to uncover patterns and insights.
- Experience
: experience within an analytical or related SQL, Power BI
- Technical Proficiency
: Experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication
: Strong written and verbal skills; capable of presenting findings to non-technical audiences.
- Detail
: Capable of working to a high degree of accuracy when looking at large volumes of complex data.
