Residential Property Manager
This is a rare opportunity to join one of London and the UK's most prestigious property companies in their highly successful Property Management team based in one of their Prime Central London offices.

This in turn means an abundance of applications from Landlords and Tenants alike.
Key Duties - Property Manager:
- Manage a portfolio of properties in prime London locations
- Manage and administer the pre tenancy admin, check in/out, inventory and deposit process
- Organising all legal/compliance for each property inc gas safety records, electrical certs, legal notices etc
- Liaise with front office and wider lettings support team on any tenancy related matters
- Support and assist the property management team on the running of other portfolios in the absence of team members
- Maintaining paperless filing system and keep CRM and Reapit up to date.
- Proactively maintaining own legal knowledge and comply with all Lettings legislation
- Ensuring the necessary processes and procedures are in place to support compliance
- Performing property visits and send landlord reports during active Tenancies
- Attending Lettings and team meetings
- Organising and following up any insurance claim on behalf of the Landlord where necessary
- Look for new ways of improving and streamlining process to deliver exceptional service
Person Profile - Property Manager:
- Experience within the same or a similar role running a property portfolio
- Organised, systematic and exceptional communication skills
- Customer focused with proactive mindset to ensure clients receive outstanding service levels
- Collaborative team player
- Confident and composed in order to work under pressure and solve problems
- Knowledge and use of property technology and CRM systems (ideally Reapit)
- ARLA level 3 or part qualified would be highly desired
Salary and Benefits Package - Property Manager:
£30,000-£38,000 salary
Company benefits inc; 25 days holiday + bank holidays, life assurance, pension, private GP, flexible benefits package and discretionary bonus
Hours: 8.45am -6pm Monday - Friday
Full time office-based role for first 12 months, then hybrid set up, 3 days office, 2 home
