Our highly successful client are looking for an Administrator to join their centralised team in Taunton, to specifically support their busy tax department but working closely with other administration/reception colleagues across the firm together with clients and other external bodies.
We are looking for someone with great communication and customer care skills, a professional and personable demeanor, well-organised, IT literate (Word/Excel) and a team player.
Main duties will include responsibilities such as:
- Setting up new client forms,
- Contacting clients for personal information,
- Completing basic tax returns,
- Recording billing information and associated tasks
- Liaising with HMRC.
- Reception and Telephone Cover
- Dealing with letters, emails, travel arrangements, diary management etc.
- Progress Reports and Information Management
