As a Renewals Negotiator, you will be handling a diverse range of tasks, focusing primarily on renewing and re-negotiating existing tenancies to retain existing clients and add value to the landlord portfolio.
Personal specification:
- Experience within a renewals role
- A background within residential lettings/property administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships
- Team player
- IT literate - Microsoft packages.
The salary for this role will be in the region of £30,000. Excellent benefits package.
