Customer Sales Advisor
- Job Type: Part-time 25 hours per week Monday - Friday 10.30 – 3.30 (hours can be flexible to suit candidate's needs) to cover Maternity Leave starting October 2024 – Approx September 2025
- Location: Preston, PR2
- Salary: £11.44 - £11.64 per hour
We are looking for a Customer Sales Advisor to join a successful distribution company based in Fulwood, Preston. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the company database, providing excellent customer service, contacting the client data base and supporting clients with quotations, advice, and technical support. This role requires someone who can easily build rapport with customers and can handle various queries effectively.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Offer quotations and support to customers.
- Build and maintain strong rapport with customers.
- Process orders and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Contact client base with any up & coming promotional offers.
- Compile and enter information accurately into the company CRM system.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain positive relationships.
- Proficient IT skills.
