Job purpose:
Managing planning cycle and S&OP process for North region across the different product groups by collaborating with sales, customer service/P2P, logistics and central supply chain team; with the purpose of assisting the business achieve the top line while maintain healthy bottom line.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate S&OP meetings, summarizing key decisions and ensuring follow-up actions.
- Collaborate closely with business units and demand planning teams to align on forecast volumes and resources.
- Train and develop team members to foster leadership skills and create a dynamic and empowered team.
- Work in tandem with logistics and central planning teams to ensure the proper replenishment of regional DCs.
- Regularly review availability to identify shortages and gaps, implementing strategies to address them.
- Proactively identify dormant stocks and take necessary actions to limit risk.
- Collaborate closely with P2P & Customer Service teams to exceed customer expectations on service and collaboration while focusing on cost optimization.
- Develop strong connection with customers' supply chain to drive value and deliver optimum service.
Main KPIs
- Customer service level.
- Productive inventory (slow moving and dead stock %).
- Inventory targets.
- Cost-to-serve (% direct shipments).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain roles, with strong background in inventory management and analytics.
- Proven experience in building and leading S&OP processes.
- Excellent communication skills. Self driven and gets things done.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Team management experience is a plus.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint.
- SAP knowledge is a must. OMP is plus.
