Position: Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Key Requirements:
- Experience with SEND: Proven experience in supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities.
- Good Sense of Humour: A positive and engaging personality to make learning enjoyable and engaging.
- Behaviour Management Strategies: Strong skills in managing and improving pupil behaviour.
- Excellent Use of Initiative: Ability to take proactive steps to support learning and adapt to various situations.
- Supportive: Committed to providing exceptional support to pupils, teachers, and the wider school community.
- Understanding of Different Children's Needs and Learning Styles: Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of children.
