Job Description
Job Duties:
- Oversee financial planning and budget management
- Monitor financial performance and prepare financial reports
- Manage financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management
- Lead and manage the finance team
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practises
- Excellent understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- Postgraduate qualification in Finance or Accounting (preferred)
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management
- Experience in leading and managing a finance team
Knowledge and Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
