I am currently recruiting for an ambitious and personable Paralegal to join a Real Estate Commercial department at a Manchester-based office. About the Role:
As the successful candidate, you will have experience working in a property legal department and demonstrate a diverse range of skills. This role requires a driven, team-oriented individual with a passion for delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
From day one, you will work on real matters for real clients, taking on significant responsibility, including managing aspects of cases and directly meeting with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Title & Document Review: Conduct title and document reviews and prepare comprehensive reports
- Conveyancing Searches: Order searches and report on the results
- Post-Completion Tasks: Manage post-completion activities, ensuring smooth transitions
- Basic Conveyancing: Undertake a range of basic conveyancing tasks as part of the team
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a legal property team is essential
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate well to clients and colleagues
- A team player with the drive and ambition to succeed in a high-demand environment
- Enthusiastic, committed, and possessing strong common sense
