- Process student enrolments and maintain internal database updating details as required.
- Support the administration of assessments, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
- Ensure all assessment processes comply with quality assurance standards.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth execution of the exam process.
- Handle any queries or issues related to student enrolment or exams.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all assessment materials.
- Act as a point of contact for exam invigilators within the organisation.
Profile
A successful Administration Officer should have:
- Prior experience in a similar role ideally within the education sector.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
