Description

  • Process student enrolments and maintain internal database updating details as required.
  • Support the administration of assessments, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
  • Ensure all assessment processes comply with quality assurance standards.
  • Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth execution of the exam process.
  • Handle any queries or issues related to student enrolment or exams.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all assessment materials.
  • Act as a point of contact for exam invigilators within the organisation.

Profile

A successful Administration Officer should have:

  • Prior experience in a similar role ideally within the education sector.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with various contacts.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
