The ICAEW is looking for a skilled Applications Manager to join our team in Milton Keynes on a full-time, 9-month contract. Role Profile

To manage robust and efficient processes across the student to member lifecycle. Responsible for upholding ICAEW regulations and stringent quality and eligibility requirements, alongside the nurturing of new registrants into membership to meet strategic growth targets and exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Accountable for maintaining efficient and robust processes for the support of students and maintenance of their records from registration, through exams and into membership. With a strong focus on enquiry response times, monitoring of the student pipeline and professional, first class service experience to users.
  • Responsible for managing and maintaining multiple entry routes to ACA training, ICAEW qualifications and membership, taking ownership of new routes and working with key stakeholders across the business to prepare for new routes/changes to ensure minimal impact to both staff and registrants.
  • Manage and coordinate teams to deliver challenging growth targets. Ensure effective communication of targets and risks, preparing resource effectively to manage through cyclical peaks in activity.
  • Co-ordinate system testing, developments and new item implementation for the team. Ensuring key training takes place to support system users.
  • Management of escalated complaints to resolution.

Candidate Profile

Requirements include:

  • Strong and experienced people manager
  • Demonstrated ability of managing a team to meet challenging targets
  • Excellent communicator
  • Experienced in managing and coordinating resources in fast-paced environment
  • Confident user of Microsoft packages, inc Sharepoint, Sharefile, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Familiarity with D365 and associated views and reports
