Eden Recruitment Solutions T/A Just Temps are currently seeking a Events Coordinator to join our client based in Ipswich, Suffolk

Location: Ipswich

Employment Type: Full-Time, Temporary

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Benefits

Hourly Rate: Circa £12.50 - £13.50 per hour

Our client is seeking an experienced and qualified Events Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Ipswich. This is a temporary, full-time position offering a unique opportunity to work closely with our Executive Team, delivering exceptional events that enhance our company's reputation and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Executive Team to plan, manage, and execute company events.
  • Ensure seamless event operations through exceptional time management and proactive problem-solving.
  • Negotiate with venues and suppliers to secure competitive pricing.
  • Manage all event-related administration with a keen eye for detail.
  • Employ a creative and innovative approach to event management.
  • Effectively communicate and influence stakeholders to deliver events on time and within budget.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A foundation degree, higher national diploma, or degree in Events Management, or a Level 4 Diploma in Event Management, or a Level 2 Certificate in Event Planning.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a track record of successful event management.
