KM29 - CNC Turner
Location: Coylton, Ayr
Salary: Up to £18 Per Hour
Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a CNC Turner on behalf of one of our clients.
Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for producing precision components from drawings and computer models.
- Generate, load and modify CNC programs on the machine.
- You will set up tools, load materials and carry out the efficient machining of components in a timely manner.
- Identify and report on any drawing errors, suggest process improvements and ensure that all health and safety policies are adhered to.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with Doosan, Puma or CNC Lathes.
- Programming knowledge of Fanuc control systems.
- Time served with evidence of experience in precision engineering environment.
- Proactive approach.
- Excellent communication skills.
