Location: Farringdon, London (Hybrid)
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: £13.18 - £14.67 per hour

Are you passionate about making a difference and looking to gain experience in the nonprofit sector? We have an exciting opportunity to join a leading not-for-profit organisation as a Fundraising Assistant on a three-month temporary contract, supporting one of their biggest and most successful seasonal fundraising campaigns.

Working closely with our Central and Regional Fundraising Teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring our supporters have a seamless experience while they donate, volunteer, and raise awareness for our cause over the busy Christmas period.

Your role will include:

  • Keeping tabs on team income and expenditure, making sure everything is accurately recorded.
  • Monitoring the fundraising inbox, responding to enquiries within five working days, and addressing complaints within 24 hours.
  • Updating supporter records, tracking fundraising activity, and ensuring our database is up-to-date.
  • Helping with any general administrative tasks that will keep the fundraising machine running smoothly.

About You:

  • You've got experience in customer service and are comfortable working with Microsoft Office and data entry.
  • You're super organised, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay on top of tight deadlines.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently and love working collaboratively with different teams.
  • You're proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others.
