Day-to-day of the role:
- Coordinate the day-to-day management of customers, generate and convert sales leads.
- Identify and achieve profitable sales opportunities.
- Prepare quotations and tenders for potential clients.
- Handle inbound calls and build effective customer relationships.
- Understand customers' business needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Actively manage any customer complaints and respond to cancellation requests.
- Attend and contribute to sales meetings.
- Proactively follow up on quotations to secure business.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and liaising with key stakeholders to ensure customer specifications are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand and respond to customers' business needs.
- Competence in handling inbound calls and managing customer relationships.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to following up on leads and quotations.
- A team player with the ability to also work independently.
