Full Time, 37.5 hours per week, Permanent

IntraHealth is one of the UK's leading provider of NHS Primary and Community Care services. We serve a range of patients across our three divisions of Primary Care (general practice), Pharmacy and Clinical Services which includes anticoagulation monitoring, patient medication reviews and childhood immunisation programmes.

We also provide management and clinical support to other GP practices and NHS bodies. We are a well-established organisation having provided NHS services since 1999. Our team is made up of GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs), Nurses, Pharmacists, Health Care Assistants (HCAs) and local administration teams supported by a centralised back office function; providing finance, HR, administration and data analysis support.

We operate NHS services across the North East, Midlands, Yorkshire and North West.

We are looking for an enthusiastic professional to join us in an Administrative Support role, to support our Anticoagulation Monitoring Service based at our Head Office in the William Brown Centre, Peterlee, County Durham.

Our ideal candidate will provide a comprehensive, effective and efficient administrative service within the team. You will be an enthusiastic, committed individual who will be expected to work as part of the team with good communication and interpersonal skills as you will be required to deal with all phone and email queries from patients and the clinicians in the Anticoagulation Team. The team demonstrates a flexible approach and ensures the needs of our patients are met. Experience of SystmOne would be an advantage.
