Job Title: Quality Assurance Administrator
Salary: £27,000
Location: Warrington
Overview:
An excellent opportunity has arisen with my client, a leading provider of higher apprenticeships. They provide the UK's best training curriculums and have seen substantial levels of growth in recent years. They are continuing to grow and are looking to recruit for a Quality Assurance Administrator to join an already established team, providing support to the Director of Quality and Compliance in preparing for Ofsted inspections and external audit arrangements.
Duties include:
- Complete tripartite learner progress reviews, with learners and their line managers, to ensure that individual learning goals are clearly and accurately planned and recorded.
- Complete monthly audits to ensure that all documentation meets ESFA compliance.
- Complete quality assurance audits to ensure that the learner's journey is being effectively recorded from beginning to end of their programme.
- Producing and reporting quality assurance findings accurately
The successful candidate will have/be:
- Previous working knowledge of apprenticeship standards
- Familiar with the planning and recording of the learner journey, including the completion of learner progress reviews
- Must have prior experience within the education sector
- Able to work as part of a team to meet deadlines
- The ability to carry out tasks in a methodical manner, and have attention to detail

- Circa £27,000
