About Your Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and attractive user interfaces across various digital mediums.
- Implement UX principles to ensure seamless and satisfying interactions.
- Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Mixpanel to inform design decisions and track user engagement metrics such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and bounce rates.
- Work collaboratively with a spirited team to infuse projects with creativity and precision.
- Spearhead the visual and interactive aspects of digital campaigns and initiatives, ensuring they meet measurable objectives.
What We Seek:
- Proven expertise in UI/UX design with a portfolio that showcases your breadth and depth.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and InVision.
- Experience with UX analytics tools and a strong understanding of key performance metrics that influence design choices.
- A minimum of 5 years in a dynamic design role, ideally within an agency or tech-focused environment.
- An enthusiastic problem solver who can handle multiple projects in a lively setting.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with print design and Adobe InDesign.
- A knack for balancing aesthetics with user-centric functionality.
- Ability to translate complex analytics into actionable insights that drive design improvements.
