A part-time Accounts Assistant is being recruited into the established team. A flexible candidate is required as the successful individual will also be responsible for production and stock control.

What will the Part Time Accounts Assistant role involve?

  • Match and process purchase ledger invoices, statement reconciliations, and the resolution of queries.
  • Raising sales ledger invoices, copy invoices, credit notes, and chasing outstanding payments.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Production planning and stock control.

Suitable Candidate for the Part Time Accounts Assistant vacancy:

  • AAT qualified or Qualified by Experience.
  • Varied finance experience.
  • Flexible approach and happy to support other areas of the business.

Additional benefits and information for the role of Part Time Accounts Assistant:

  • Part Time hours – 20 - 25 per week, these can be worked over 3/4/5 days.
  • 28 days holiday including bank holidays (pro rata).
  • Office-based role.
  • Government pension scheme.
