Paralegal Private Client
Paralegal to join a firm of solicitors.
Duties
The role includes the following:
- To take instructions from clients in relation to new Wills.
- Prepare, and submit draft documents for approval
- To invoice the client for settlement.
- To ensure that enquiries involving trusts, IHT advice etc, are referred to senior members of the Private Client team.
- To advise in relation to Lasting Powers of Attorney and to preparation and registration following signature.

- PC literacy
- Accurate keyboard skills
- Must have some experience working within a Private Client department and must have at least 12 months of experience of will drafting and Lasting Powers of Attorney experience and a proven track record of managing a case-load and meeting client and business expectation
