Quality Management and Team Administrator

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Working closely with project team members.
  • Maintain and update quality control documentation and other team databases
  • Manage, maintain and organise quality records and other team records and trackers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Creating documents on MS Office and other databases
  • To undertake any other duties as may be reasonably required

Person Skills and experience

  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, participants, and external stakeholders.
  • Computer literacy & proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational/planning skills.
  • Experience of working with Quality management systems (QMS) such as ISO 9001.

Currently 2 days (14 hours) per week required with a view to increase in the future.
