Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver dynamic and engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our Year 3 students, following the national curriculum.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.
  • Utilise innovative teaching methods and resources to enhance student engagement and foster a passion for learning.
  • Assess student progress through a range of formative and summative assessments and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to ensure the holistic development of each child.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching in Key Stage 2 desirable.
  • Deep understanding of the Year 3 curriculum and proven ability to engage and inspire young learners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • A reflective practitioner committed to continuous improvement and innovation in teaching and learning.
  • Enthusiastic about making a positive impact on the lives of children and contributing to their holistic development.
