Are you an experienced Front of House support? We are working with a fantastic city centre client who are recruiting for an experienced Receptionist to join them on a part time basis, to support the team. Working 20 hours a week, the successful candidate will have extensive front of house experience, having previous experience within a corporate reception setting. Working Monday-Wednesday in a job share role, key duties will involve;
- Meet & greet of all clients
- Managing room bookings
- Ordering catering and managing tech for meetings
- Dealing with car park bookings
- Ad hoc administrations support
This is a fantastic opportunity for a corporate receptionist to join this wonderful team on a part time basis. The successful candidate must have:
- Over 2 years corporate reception expires
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A calm and professional manner
- Proficient in all MS office packages
