Title: Post Completion Assistant
Location: Merseyside
**Salary:**£21-22,000 per annum
To provide administrative support and operate under the guidance of the Post Completion Manager.
Duties:
Submitting registration applications to the Land Registry
- Addressing Land Registry requisitions after submitting registration applications.
- Once completed registrations are received from the Land Registry, carry out the required scheduling process as per the needs of various mortgage lenders.
- Informing mortgage lenders about the status of applications through LMS and Lender Exchange.
- Finalising completed purchase transactions.
- Concluding completed sale transactions.
**Pay:**£21,000.00 - £22,000.00
Hours of work: 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday
Holiday entitlement: Four weeks paid holiday per year plus bank holidays
